Managed Service Agreement for Interventional Radiology services. Establish a new state of the art Interventional Radiology/Oncology unit at Guy's Hospital to meet increased demand for IR services. Service to include responsibility for upgrading the current facility and ongoing equipment, supply chain, and facilities management. Lot 1: Managed Service contracting model. Estimated upfront capital investment: £9.5m. Approx. 450 cases per month (26% increase into activity since Jan 18). Forecast increase of 144 cases per month with expansion of theatre capacity. Service provider to be responsible for upgrading current facility and ongoing equipment provision and maintenance, management of the supply chain, facilities management services.
