<p>LCRCA is looking to commission a programme of service user research which will culminate in the preparation of 20 comprehensive, impact-focused case studies, covering: &bull; The experience of Housing First Service users &ndash; including their perceptions and views about the appropriateness, quality and effectiveness of the support and assistance they have received through LCR&rsquo;s Housing First Pilot &bull; The outcomes of Housing First &ndash; this should encompass an appropriate range of outcomes for individual service users including (but not limited to) engagement with and take up of other services, health and financial outcomes, effects on individuals confidence, skills etc. &bull; The economic and social impact of Housing First &ndash; the evidence base should provide a strong foundation for an assessment and quantification of the economic and social impact of Housing First. . The successful bidder will be required to work with the LCRCA and the provider of the local evaluation (being commissioned in parallel) to agree a full specification for the information that the case studies will cover.</p> Keywords: Research, Service User
