HCC 09/21 - Framework Agreement for the Supply of Catering Disposables

Herts FullStop (HFS) (the trading arm of Hertfordshire County Council) is the Contracting Authority, acting on behalf of the Participant, Hampshire County Council, is leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of catering disposables and is seeking suitably qualified Contractor(s) to supply the Goods under any Agreement resulting from this tendering exercise. You are invited to submit your tender for these Goods. - This Tender for Catering Disposables will be awarded on a line-by-line basis where there will be no requirement for tenderers to bid on every item listed on HCC2112769 - Pricing Schedule. - Submissions will be ranked according to the award criteria and weighting described in the instructions to tenderers documentation. It is the intension of the contracting authority to award each line to a maximum of the 5 top ranking contractors. The anticipated total annual joint expenditure across the Participating Authorities on these Goods is presently circa ?215,600 per annum. The estimated annual spend by each Participating Authority can be broken down as follows: Hampshire County Council ?83,700 Hertfordshire County Council ?131,900 Please note there is NO guarantee of business to any individual Contractor awarded under this Framework agreement.
