The Highland Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Authority” is inviting tenders for the Provision of Counselling Services to Children and Young People to establish a Framework Agreement, to cover the period from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2023, with an option to extend by a further period of up to 12 months.
