Tender description

The Marine Coastguard Agency are looking to renew their Essentials support contract, based on the same terms and handbook as before. The support will now incorporate the Future Technologies department to ensure that the system is well supported Pythagoras as recommended an Essentials 25 level of support. The support of the solution will ensure that we can support MCGA and help them overcome any issues that they may encounter. The renewal will extend the support contract for another year.
