Consultancy services to carry out a review for Crown Estate Scotland of our digital communications requirements to develop a strategy to achieve the objectives stated in the ITT. Crown Estate Scotland has the following communication objectives to address: - Increase name recognition for Crown Estate Scotland - Increase awareness of what we do, how we do it, and the benefits delivered to Scotland. - Increased recognition of our people-centered, partnership-based approach Crown Estate Scotland needs the services of a consultant or agency to advise on: - How it can best use digital tools to help achieve these objectives - What kinds of content are most effective for awareness raising - A robust approach to monitoring and evaluation which, where possible, tracks the outcomes of digital activity in addition to the initial reach / engagement of activity - How any recommendations related to the above could be scaled to fit different levels of resource.
