DIAS Commercial Cleaning Services Tender

Tender description

The Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies (DIAS) is out-sourcing a section of its cleaning service requirements. The nature of the required service is to meet the daily general cleaning that arises in the different DIAS buildings at the following locations: Locations • 10 Burlington Road, Dublin 4 • 31 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2 • 5 Merrion Sq., Dublin 2. • Dunsink Observatory, Castleknock, Dublin 15 The work will involve professional regular cleaning services in all four locations including office cleaning, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens. The respondent must be a cleaning service provider with appropriately qualified and experienced staff capable of providing the services required. The service provider will be required to be on site 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) for locations 10 Burlington Road, 5 Merrion Square and 31 Fitzwilliam Place and three days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) for the Dunsink Observatory location. The service provider will be expected to allocate a minimum of five hours per day for the Burlington Road site, three hours per day for both the Merrion Square and Fitzwilliam sites and 8 hours per week for the Dunsink Observatory location.
