We are requesting a quote from copyright and licensing experts to: - create a strategy for the best approach to negotiate copyright and license requirements for relevant exhibition objects and content, in order to deliver on the curatorial vision, maximise value for money for SMG and ensure legal compliance. - provide recommendations on most efficient methods to secure clearance and licensing for objects and content (as provided by SMG) - provide indicative costs for clearing each object. - provide templates for use in copyright and license agreements that will cover the scope of exhibition objects and content in the exhibition.
