Tender description

Fingal County Council intends to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement with one economic operator, thereafter that economic operator being entitled to be considered for all contracts within the scope of the framework. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to seek an economic operator to provide consultancy services on a workplace spatial strategy for Fingal County Council and any related future requirements. The initial contract is to develop workplace spatial strategy including spatial and operational reviews, options and principles to provide basis for a wider analysis and implementation.
