Tender description

BCP Council are seeking an experienced Architect led team to prepare Phase 1 designs to RIBA Stage 3. This tender opportunity is to obtain proposals from potential specialist consultants to undertake this work. The Bournemouth Town Investment Plan was submitted to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) for consideration on 30th October 2020 and was approved on 3 March 2021.
