Tender description
The Marine Institute, a semi State body, wishes to invite tenders for the services of an expert to provide an analysis of European funding for marine topics over the period 2014-2020. At present a requirement exists for the services of an expert to provide an analysis of European funding for marine topics over the period 2014-2020. The contract is expected to start in mid October for delivery before year end, 31st December 2021. The programmes to be reviewed are: H2020 (all pillars and Societal Challenges, including the SME Instrument, MSCA etc.), INTERREG, COST, ERASMUS+ and LIFE. The final deliverable to the MI will be a graphic-designed report of publishing quality. Databases and electronic files (MS Office or suitable alternative), separate graphics with project profiles and associated quantitative material used as the basis for the report will also be supplied to the MI for use in print and web formats. This is an Open Invitation to Tender with any service providers invited to respond.
