Tender description

The scope of the work includes: • Produce outputs from the previous runs where traffic was released due to the constraints on the A38 and Outland Road. I think these were run as separate tests, and hence there will be 2 sets of outputs. The outputs should be the same as those produced for the previous options that have been tested. This should be carried out using the current (Jacobs) demand forecasts for 2034 and 2040. • Run of the preferred scheme at Budshead Road (drawings to be provided by PCC). This should be alongside the previous preferred scheme. This should be carried out using the current (Jacobs) demand forecasts for 2034 and 2040. • Run of the reduced scheme (as set out below) using the current (Jacobs) demand forecasts for 2034 and 2040. • Run of the reduced scheme (as set out below) using the new FVLR forecasts (to be provided by PCC). This will be for 2043 only (as this is the design year in the new modelling) • Allowance for 2 further meetings to view the Paramics models from the above model runs.
