Tender description
In order to monitor and record responses of cells and tissues in culture. A standard inverted brightfield microscope with fluorescence option with a minimum of three objectives, camera imaging system and software are required. The microscope system should be compact and fit in a general laboratory bench. Manual inverted microscope frame for transmitted light and fluorescence observation, Transmitted light illumination pillar with build-in LED lamp housing (20,000 h life time).
