Tender description

The proposed works involve a new build GP extension with link corridor to existing Health Centre/GP accommodation to include Consult/exam rooms, supporting multi-disciplinary team accommodation, WC, refurbishment of existing reception, waiting area and clinical rooms including treatment room, general repainting, limited refurbishment of Trust accommodation and extension of existing carparking provision and associated external works. The contract will include all associated mechanical and electrical works. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system –BUILDING.
