Tender description
This study will set out to understand how organisations can proactively develop and align skills with emerging business priorities to enable them to deliver on strategic goals. The work to be undertaken will entail conducting research on the topics outlined above as well as preparing and presenting a report summarising the findings of the research with an emphasis on actionable recommendations for practitioners, particularly those in the learning and development community.
