Repair Works to Construction Systems and High-Rise Properties (Framework)

Tender description

The purpose of this contract is to establish an overall framework to allow contracts to be let and contractor(s) appointed to undertake repair works to a wide variety of system-built construction types and locations - including domestic properties, high-rise properties, low-rise properties and small areas of system construction The purpose of this procurement is to establish an over-arching framework contract that will allow contracts to be let and contractor(s) appointed: 1)to provide access for surveys and works; 2)undertake repair works to a wide variety of system -built construction types and locations (including domestic properties, high-rise properties, low-rise properties and small areas of system construction; 3) undertake sundry related tasks. The framework contract is to be a ranked framework although the Council reserves the right to go to a mini-competition where it considers a min-competition tender to be appropriate.
