Tender description
Over the next five years ABP’s Energy business anticipates somewhere in the region of circa 75-160MW of additional onshore wind and solar generation, and circa 20-60MWh of storage being developed and constructed, subject to planning and grid agreements. In order to achieve this ABP are seeking Developer Partners to assist with development and construction of the projects. This will include both services and works. Lot Lot 1A: Specialist Providers for Services and Works – Roof Top Solar Over the next five years ABP’s Energy business anticipates somewhere in the region of circa 75-160MW of additional onshore wind and solar generation, and circa 20-60MWh of storage being developed and constructed, subject to planning and grid agreements. In order to achieve this ABP are seeking Developer Partners to assist with development and construction of the projects. The Framework Contract to be competitively tendered through 2-stage Negotiated Procedure with prior call for competition, utilising the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process to pre-select a pool of potential Development Partners who will be then invited to the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) stage with an aim to award a Framework Contract to successful bidders at the end of that stage. Lot Lot 1B: Specialist Providers for Services and Works – Ground Mount Solar Over the next five years ABP’s Energy business anticipates somewhere in the region of circa 75-160MW of additional onshore wind and solar generation, and circa 20-60MWh of storage being developed and constructed, subject to planning and grid agreements. In order to achieve this ABP are seeking Developer Partners to assist with development and construction of the projects.
