Tender description

This contract is for the supply and delivery of all branded merchandise to Schools and Directorates within Queen's University. All goods must be consistent with quality and specification requirements, and maintain strict adherence to Queen’s brand guidelines. The Supplier will comply with the values and principles of the Queen's Supply Chain Code of Conduct. Lot 1: Queen’s Schools, Directorates and Students’ Union Clubs use branded promotional merchandise and clothing products at exhibitions, conferences and recruitment events as an essential tool in the promotion of the University.Queen’s also offers a range of branded products for sale to staff, students and visitors through the Welcome Centre Gift Shop and the SU Shop. Products are available to purchase in person in the retail units or through the University’s online gift shop.
