<p>The NFCC&rsquo;s portfolio management function are undertaking market engagement in relation to a tender process to procure the services of a consultant to prepare a Quality Assurance Framework. The requirement will be broken down in stages and it is envisaged that one supplier may deliver the Discover &amp; Delivery, and a separate supplier would deliver the ongoing support services, however, this is approach will be informed by this market engagement activity:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Stage 1 Discovery</p> <p>Stage 2 Delivery</p> <p>Stage 3 Ongoing Support</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The purpose of this initial market engagement is to obtain a range of costs &amp; options which will feature in a briefing paper to key stakeholders, in order to inform decisions concerning budget, prior to formally tendering this opportunity.</p> <p>If you are interested in this opportunity, we would like you to express and interest via the Kent Business Portal, and download and sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement which is attached to the advert.
