The Group are looking for a Main Contractor for Pencefnarda Farm Development based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. It is intended that the maximum duration of the Contract will be 18 months. Tenderers shall provide their proposed programme as part of their submission. The estimated start date for this Contract is March 2022, with work starting on site May 2022. The location of the site is: - Land at Pencefnrada Farm, Pencerfnarda Road, Penyrheol, SA4 4FY Lot 1: The Group intends to establish a Contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to be the Main Contractor for Pencefnarda Farm Development based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. It is intended that the maximum duration of the Contract will be 18 months. Tenderers shall provide their proposed programme as part of their submission. The estimated start date for this Contract is March 2022, with work starting on site May 2022. The location of the site is: - Land at Pencefnrada Farm, Pencerfnarda Road, Penyrheol, SA4 4FY
