Establishment of Multi-lot Framework Agreements of single suppliers for the provision of in-country representation services for student recruitment, marketing and partnership development activity. It consists of three (3) Single Party Framework Agreements: Lot 1 In-Country Representation - China Lot 2 In-Country Representation - South East Asia - (Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore) Lot 3 In-Country Representation - India The framework agreements are for a maximum of four (4) years subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
