West Yorkshire Combined Authority has identified a need for non-engineers to be able to explore potential roadspace layouts in a user-friendly and quick manner to determine the high-level feasibility of schemes and enable discussion of options without recourse to CAD and/or consultants. We are therefore looking for an intuitive, existing tool that will enable policy staff and decision-makers as well as engineers to propose and explore different options for allocating roadspace The Combined Authority procures all its services, supplies and works through our e-procurement system In-Tend. Scroll down to the project and click 'View Details' and then 'Express interest'. There will be a tab called 'Quotation/Invitation to tender' and from here you will be able to download the documents.
