Flat Roof Replacement Works (Framework)

Tender description

The purpose of this contract is to establish an overall framework to allow contracts to be let and contractor(s) appointed to undertake all types of flat roof replacement works and associated works to housing and non-housing properties. The purpose of this procurement is to establish an over-arching framework contract that will allow contracts to be let and contractor(s) appointed: 1)to provide access for surveys and works; 2)undertake work to a wide variety of flat roof construction types and locations (including domestic properties, high-rise properties, low-rise properties and small flat roof areas such as dormers etc); 3) undertake sundry related tasks. The framework contract is to be a ranked framework although the Council reserves the right to go to a mini-competition where it considers a min-competition tender to be appropriate.
