Works identified in Bield's Fire Risk Assessments, such as: Supply and install new smoke seals to existing doors; Supply and install new fire door sets; Supply and Fit intumescent letterboxes; Supply and fit new signage to fire doors; Fire separation in voids works; Supply and fit Pipe Collars for combustible pipes Lot 1: Works identified in Bield's Fire Risk Assessments, such as: Supply and install new smoke seals to existing doors; Supply and install new fire door sets; Supply and Fit intumescent letterboxes; Supply and fit new signage to fire doors; Fire separation in voids works; Supply and fit Pipe Collars for combustible pipes Requirement across Bield Housing and Care sites, over 24 months. Requirement to nominate a Key Contact to manage communication with Bield and manage workstreams.
