SUCCESFUL TENDERES LOT1 ARTHUR COX, DAC BEACHCROFT, EFC, MHC, MATHESON, MCCANN FITZ LOT2 EVERSHEDS, FIELDFISHER, WILLIAM FRY LOT3 A&L GOODBODY, EFC, EVERSHEDS, JOHNSON HANA RTÉ invites submissions, from suitably qualified Tenderers, to supply external legal services and/or legal support services. RTÉ wishes to create new legal panels to support, as may be required, the in-house RTÉ Solicitors’ Office, in delivering advice and legal support to RTÉ and its subsidiaries. RTÉ will procure separately, from time to time, the relevant legal services as set out in Article 10(d) of the Directive 2014/10/EU which are excluded from the Directive. As identified in the Directive 2014/10/EU, legal services may be procured through a Light Touch Regime. RTÉ are procuring the legal services in this tender process through such a Light Touch Regime.
