Tender description

The NWUPC Electrical Materials and Associated Products and Services is a framework agreement led by NWUPC and is open to Members of the following consortia to use CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC and SUPC. The current agreement is due to expire on the 31st January 2022. Work is in progress on this retender for this agreement. During engagement with the market we have received informal feedback of the current market situations that the Electrical Materials area are facing. The following survey has therefore been created in order to gain a formal view of the market conditions from Suppliers. NWUPC would therefore appreciate if you are a Supplier in this market if you could complete the following survey. https://enp.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/electrical-materials-market-insight Lot 1: The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) is a not for profit organisation owned by its Full members consisting of 24 Universities. Our mission is to deliver value through responsible procurement. NWUPC set up and contract manage Framework Agreements in ten Category areas. Framework Agreements are established to ensure compliance with UK Procurement Regulations which cover Public Sector contracts over a certain threshold value. For further context the current agreement covers the following scope: The supply of Accessories, Cable, Cable Management, Distribution and Switchgear; Heating, Ventilation and Washroom; Lamps; Lighting Control Gear; Luminaires; Security and Fire; Sustainable Energy Solutions; Test Equipment and Wiring Accessories. In addition to the above the following is being considered, the provision of associated services including managed stores; lighting design, consultancy and installation services; and energy saving surveys.
