Tender description

· To act as co-facilitator for up to 18 engagement sessions with the Community Voluntary Sector in regards to their Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion workstream and the theme of ‘making living.’ The sessions will run during the months of September and October 2021, and will feed into the EDI Summit planned in November 2021. · To ensure the facilitation is effective, our role will include assisting on preparation with other facilitators (including advice on format and approach for each session), coordination and travel. We understand the LBWF will arrange venues, recruit participants and do the main note taking. · Each session would include 90mins of facilitation working with the VCS partner to deliver the focus group - establishing relevant lived experience insight from the group and solutions to challenges faced.
