Dover -Control Panel Upgrade

Tender description

The Control Panel scope of work which we propose to undertake is as follows:1. Design, manufacture and delivery of 1x form 2 BMS Control Panel. 2. Fitting and wiring of free issue Controller, displays, modules and network equipment. We have allowed to upgrade the existing Trend obsolete IQ2 Series control with the latest Trend IQ4e controllers. 3. To supply and install a new Trend IQView4 display panel so that settings can be changed locally from the front of the new control panel. 4. Factory Inspection & Testing of control panels. 5. Documentation & certification package. Panel changeover scope of work which we propose to undertake is as follows:1. Isolate, test and make-safe to MCC and control enclosure. 2. Disconnect existing cabling from both, retain the MCC gland plate if any cables cannot be re-glanded. 3. Mount new combined Form 2 MCC/Control enclosure in position vacated by the old MCC. 4. Allowance for new panel is 20x drives/feeds & 41x points (based on the supplied panel drawings and load list) 5. Divert existing control cabling to new panel (some cabling may need a small JB, included). 6. Re terminate all. 7. Existing field cablingassumed suitable for re-use. 8. Existing sensors and control devices to be retained. 9. Existing feed to be reused, assumed as sufficient capacity. 10. Dispose of old panels via a registered waste contractor. 11. Issue minor works cert. BMS Commissioning1. To create energy efficient software associated with the existing mechanical plant. 2. Point to Point check of the existing controls cables. 3. Download the new software into the new controller. 4. Re commission of the BMS controls. 5. Set up IQView4 on panel. 6. To commission, handover and provide documentation relating to the completed installation.
