Dorset CCG is seeking to commission a lead provider of a community ophthalmology service to deliver eye care to the population of Dorset. The eligible population is those aged 16+ who are registered with a Dorset GP. The service will provide equitable access to eye care for service users and release capacity from acute settings enabling them to deliver more complex care.
