Toxicology firms are selected depending on the types of analysis they carry out and the deadline for the information required by. This is done on a case by case basis therefore the services are of a specialist nature such that competitive prices cannot be obtained. I have worked with Procurement to try and use the firms on the framework but at this time they do not provide the specialist toxicology services that we need
