Carbon Calculation Application

Tender description

This is a call to competition for the provision of real time carbon calculation, recommendation and offsetting application for the provision of a consumer service that will integrate into a Digital Ecosystem programme and be made available to all customers of the ecosystem programme. Calculations must be based on customer financial account transactions - this can include first party current account customers as well as customers connecting accounts via open banking. The successful vendor’s calculation solution must be integrated with, or capable of being readily integrated to, the Tink* open banking service platform. We are aware that a single party may not be able to provide all calculation, content and offsetting services and so we will consider joint applications or applications for individual services elements (e.g. calculation only) . Our preference is to procure all services via a single agreement. It will be a requirement of this project that the service and all data will be hosted within the EEA and remain within the EEA, with all access within the EEA only.
