Woodchurch 3G Football Pitch- Technical Delivery

Tender description

To cover the following broad areas and based on pavilion and infrastructure costs, to support a supersize 3G pitch. The estimated pavilion and infrastructure costs are in the region of £580,000 – but this will be subject to change when final detailed prices are known through the tender process. - surveys - for the whole scheme (other than the 3G pitch WAC test) e.g. transport assessment - design development - for the whole scheme - planning - for the whole scheme - tender - for the pavilion, car park etc and other ancillary facilities but not the 3G pitch itself - implementation - for the pavilion, car park etc, but not the 3G pitch itself - discharge of all whole scheme planning conditions Contracted responsibilities will include making sure all information needed by the Football Foundation’s framework tender management firm is provided. Also, that the 3G pitch construction Framework is fed though to the relevant personnel on time and as needed. It is estimated that survey fees to support the development of the project may be needed and would be in addition to professional fees against the above. Bidders should take this into account. It is anticipated the following may be required, but may be subject to change: - topo survey - transport assessment - flood risk assessment - noise impact assessment - floodlighting plots nil needed for planning - planning fees - building regs
