<p>The demolition and removal of a two-storey coach house and single storey store and external toilet block. Internal courtyard walls and foundations to be removed and taken away from site with decorative copings to be reused on retained boundary/party wall. Brickwork boundary/party wall to be retained between properties 22 & 24 with foundations strengthened and piers provided to wall at centres. Tarmac hardstanding to courtyard to be removed and replaced with new, inclusive of drainage, and previous building footprints to be covered in topsoil and grass seeded upon completion.</p> Keywords: demolition
