Supply of RAD-seq Library Construction and Sequencing

Tender description

Aberystwyth University wishes to purchase SNP library construction and sequencing for population genomics analysis, using RAD-seq, tGBS genotyping-by-sequencing or an equivalent methodology. The requirement will be for an initial batch of 192 samples with the option of adding additional samples at a later date within a 12 month period, depending on additional funding being received.
