Rockfield Dairy Ltd is a family owned dairy processor specialising in sheep milk products based in Claremorris, Co. Mayo in the west of Ireland. We have been in operation since 2015, initially producing yogurt and subsequently adding cheese and fresh and frozen milk to our range. Our client base had grown significantly in recent years, and we now need the capacity to: A) Eliminate the time consuming, inaccurate and wasteful manual filling and sealing of yogurt pots. B) Cut and pack cheese inhouse to reduce cost and risks associated with using an external packer. C) Process yogurt in a dedicated yogurt production vat thereby allowing our current cheese vat to be used exclusively for cheese production. D) Increase the capacity of freezing milk for our growing frozen consumer milk business while also freezing milk more rapidly thereby increasing quality and shelf life.
