The Marine Institute, a semi State body, wishes to invite tenders for the creation, delivery, and support to an online dynamic and interactive audio-visual virtual tour of the SmartBay Facility in Galway Bay, to be hosted on a Marine Institute website. At present a requirement exists for the creation, delivery, and support to an online interactive virtual tour of the SmartBay Facility and its associated infrastructure assets in Galway Bay in one (1) Lot. This is an Open Invitation to Tender with any economic operators invited to respond.
