Supply and Deliver of Two(2) trailer stages to Galway City Council.

Tender description

Galway City Council Economic Development and Culture section has an objective to support that arts and hospitality industry in the city. An objective of the Departments is to continue developing and improving the service delivered to local arts, festivals and community groups and assisting them to host theatre performances, cinema screenings, concerts or similar events across the city. Galway City Council’s has successfully applied to the Re-imagining our Outdoor Spaces Fund 2021 to adapt, equip or otherwise improve public spaces for cultural and events activities. Galway City Council wishes to purchase of two portable stages, 1 large stage for larger public event and 1 smaller stage for community and local events. The Stage must be delivered at the earliest possible date. Tenderers must confirm in their tender the date of delivery. All Stages will be delivered to Galway City Council in accordance with this RFT and the Contract. The successful Tenderer must provide once off training for up to 8 of Galway City Councils staff and external contractions in relation to rigging/de-rigging and operation of the Stage proposed in their Tender. All of these personnel have experience in rigging/de-rigging and operating stages.
