<p>Sefton Council are inviting expressions of interest for support package SP42-21. Sefton Council are inviting Expressions of interest for a Provider to support a vulnerable 14-year-old female. A has ASD, and a severe learning disability, she has additional needs and a functioning capacity age of 3-4. Parents advise A needs constant supervision. We are looking for a support provider who can offer a package of support to assist with the family during the morning time in preparation for school along with establishing some after school / weekend community activities for A to take part in which the family can sustain in the future.</p> Keywords: SUPPORT, SOCIAL, CARE
