Researching Early Years Single Information Hub / Options Appraisal

Tender description

To build on existing knowledge, intelligence and services to research and explore options focusing on “Demand through the Early Years Front Door”, producing a report to outline options to support the ambition of creating a single information hub for the wide range of early years services. Testing out the purpose, value steps and principles and truly address what matters to families with the aim of • eliminating confusion, • avoiding duplication and • eliminating waste in the system via the streamlining of enquiry and information entry points, and in so doing • address the expectation of developing a joined up and responsive Early Years’ service to ensure every child has the best start in life and • create a system to deliver services in a co-ordinated, integrated and timely way.
