Provision of Cleaning Services to Personal Injuries Asssessment Board

Tender description

Cleaning of PIAB building on a daily basis Monday to Friday including but not limited to: • Regular surface cleaning throughout the building including desks, multi-functional devices and other frequently touched surfaces, as well as door handles and surfaces in w.c.’s, shower area and kitchenette areas; • Vacuum cleaning of carpeted areas including open plan offices, private offices and lift lobby areas; • Washing of hard floor areas; • Cleaning of w.c areas, showers and kitchenette areas; • Loading and unloading of dishwashers; • Emergency cleaning in case of reactive issues; • Supply of cleaning products as needed for the above services, as well as kitchen/bathroom cleaning products for use of staff. • Surveys and quality assurance to be provided by cleaning contractor. Other services as follows will be required weekly, monthly bi-annually as follows: • Weekly dust Blinds • Monthly clean of all chairs (leather & others) • All carpets to be cleaned every 6 months • All internal windows to be cleaned every 6 months
