Tipperary Education and Training Board invites tenders for full Building Services M&E Consultant Services /Design Team Leader / Assigned Certifier Services for Additional Accommodation Scheme at St. Ailbes Rosanna Road Tipperary Town Co.Tipperary, Roll Number 72480W Eircode E34HF96 as set out in the Brief Formulation Report and Schedules of Accommodation enclosed with this notice. The Services are to be provided in accordance with the Department of Education’s Design Team Procedures and associated Practice Notes and DoES Schedule of Stage Services for Construction Consultants. The Consultant will form part of a full design team (comprising of individual appointed Consultants as follows: Architect, Civil & Structural Engineer, Building Services (M&E) Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and Project Supervisor Design Process).
