Nottinghamshire County Council wish to bring to the attention of the market their imminent requirements for a recruitment agency to support in the recruitment of a Senior Public Health Officer. It is anticipated that a request for quotation will be issued shortly through www.eastmidstenders.org aimed specifically at recruitment agencies with a track record of successfully recruiting to Senior Public Health positions such as Directors of Public Health and senior Public Health Consultants within the last 2 years to bid for this opportunity and support the Council in finding the right candidate. Lot 1: It is anticipated that the agency will manage the main aspects of the recruitment through to first interview stage including: • drafting and placement of online advertising, • identification and approaches to targeted individuals in the relevant sector, • management of responses, • pre-qualified longlist • due diligence The agency must work collaboratively with the Council and ensure the Council is informed of progress at every stage of the process.
