Nottinghamshire County Council wish to bring to the attention of the market their imminent requirements for a recruitment agency to support in the recruitment of a senior Public Health officer. It is anticipated that a request for quotation will be issued shortly through www.eastmidstenders.org aimed specifically at recruitment agencies with a track record of successfully recruiting to senior Public Health positions such as Directors of Public Health and senior Public Health Consultants within the last 2 years to bid for this opportunity and support the Council in finding the right candidate. It is anticipated that the agency will manage the main aspects of the recruitment through to first interview stage including: • drafting and placement of online advertising, • identification and approaches to targeted individuals in the relevant sector, • management of responses, • pre-qualified longlist • due diligence The agency must work collaboratively with the Council and ensure the Council is informed of progress at every stage of the process.
