<p>Leicester City Council&rsquo;s Waste Management Team wishes to set up a Framework for the provision of collection and disposal of various types of waste from the Authority&rsquo;s Gypsum Close Trade Waste Facility located at 5 Gypsum Close, Leicester LE4 9AB. Suppliers are therefore invited to tender to be included in the Framework of waste management organisations to undertake this work. There are a number of waste types for which collection and disposal may be required. Each waste type is offered as a separate Lot, as follows: Lot 1 Bulky General Waste (Mixed Municipal Waste) Lot 2 General Waste (Mixed Municipal Waste) Lot 3 Paper &amp; Cardboard Lot 4 Green Garden Waste (Compactor) Lot 5 Green Garden Waste (Open Skip) Lot 6 Hard Core &amp; Soil Lot 7 Wood Lot 8 Scrap Metal Lot 9 Plasterboard Lot 10 Dry Mixed Recyclables Lot 11 Container swap only The framework contract is for one year with options to extend for up to a further three years.
