North Northants Commissioning Team Invitation to Market Engagement Event Regarding Discharge to Assess(DTA) into the Community Service

Please note - There has been a change of venue which has now been amended to - Thrapston Council Chambers, Cedar Drive, Thrapston, Northamptonshire, NN14 4LZ North Northamptonshire Council are planning to commission a Discharge to Assess Service (into persons own home) with a Contract start date of July 2022. This service will be a short term Home care service predominantly supporting the Discharge to assess model. We invite you to join us in a first Market Engagement event surrounding what the specification of this service may look like. This is an engagement session with the aim that providers with experience in these areas may offer what works well, or not so well and any experiences you may have about similar services that you are willing to share with the commissioning team. We will have a colleague from procurement present who will be able to inform of the Procurement-Tender process for North Northants Council. Event details are as follows: Wednesday 15th September 2021 - 12midday to 2pm Thrapston Council Chambers Cedar Drive Thrapston Northamptonshire NN14 4LZ The venue has a car park and parking is adequate for everyone.
