Replacement of existing Winch System at Belderrig Pier, Belderrig, Co. Mayo with new Winch System The new Winch System must be able to pull a vessel (boat) weighing max 30 tonnes on a trailer up the existing slipway at this location including all associated equipment i.e. snatch/pulley blocks, wire ropes, hook, etc. The engine for this new Winch must be diesel with a hydraulic power pack with an emergency stop and a manual brake
