Replacement of existing central heating installations including replacement gas fired systems/boilers, fuel switch from electricity to gas heating systems and replacement electric heating systems (Charge Control and Electric wet) to approximately 56 properties; installation of replacement kitchens to approximately 45 properties The approximate scope of works as follows (numbers may change following full tenant consultation): replacement of electric storage heating with new electric heating to 2Nr properties; replacement of electric storage heating with gas central heating to 4Nr properties; replacement gas boilers to 34Nr properties; new electric wet central heating systems to 16Nr properties; replacement kitchens to 45Nr properties. Overall approximate number of properties within the scope of works - 61.
