This Pre – Qualification Questionnaire will produce a Select List that will be asked to tender for a number of individual ITT’s which will be run as separate and independent procurement exercises each with a distinct and separate timeline; and let as separate and individual contracts. Each competition is anticipated to be of an equivalent value and complexity and a brief description is provided below. However, Radius reserve the right to amend it’s requirements at any stage of this process. Project 1 consists of works at: MEI Brookvale Fold and Riversley Fold Project 2 consists of works at: MEI Chisholm Court and McIlroy Court Radius Housing Association wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to provide Multi-Element Improvements including Health and Safety works at specific general needs/sheltered housing blocks across Northern Ireland. The main work elements are: • Internal and external door replacements (including fire rated doors, SBD flat entrance doors and fully automated external doors) • Internal fire rated glazed screen replacements • Metal curtain walling and window replacements • Electrical consumer unit upgrades to flats • General and emergency lighting upgrades • Fire detection system upgrades • Warden call system upgrades • Suspended ceiling grid replacements • Firestopping and compartmentation works • Cyclical redecoration and external maintenance works • Cavity wall insulation extraction and filling works • Car park resurfacing works
