GB-Eastbourne: Provision of Legal Advisor Services for East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust's Building for Our Future Programme

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (ESHT) was required to tender for legal advisor services as part of the Trust's Building for Our Future Programme Services include the following: • Developing the Procurement and Contract Strategy; • Preparing for market; • Developing the Trust's Outline Business Case (OBC); • Advising on the procurement of the Design Team, Construction Contractor and wider professional team; • Advising on the suite of contractual documents for the development of the new Hospital; • Advising on procurement strategy for ongoing hard and soft facilities management (FM) and lifecycle; • Advising on equipment procurement strategy; and • Property and planning matters (ad-hoc support requirements).
