USTAN is seeking a full IP renewal service including: - Patents, primarily EU countries, US, China, India, Japan and Australia. - Trademarks, primarily EU, UK and WIPO. - Registered designs, primarily EU and UK. - Abandoning granted IP rights Also, of interest would be services to include: - Restoration service The Entrepreneurial St Andrews Unit (ESA) at the University of St Andrews is seeking to enhance activity through the award of a contract for IP Renewal Services. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to achieve best value for money for the provision of the services detailed. Contract Term: The contract shall be for an initial period of 3 years from date of commencement, with provision for further 2 x 12 months extension subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
